Our four-bedroom apartments are furnished with all the traditional comforts of home — apartment features include furnishings both for bedrooms and common areas as well as full-size appliances, flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi included in monthly installments. However, we suggest residents bring with them bedding for a full-size bed, toiletries, dishes and cookware, and interior decorations, among other personal items.

Our convenient property location is only a half mile from the edge of the Miami University campus with convenient access to Kroger supermarket, which is located across the street from our property. In addition, the county bus stop offers access to Miami University and throughout the City of Oxford.

Installment payments are due on the first (1st) day of each month. Residents can bring their installment-payment check or cashier’s check to the on-site management office or pay online through the resident portal. Residents may also have their financial institutions automatically deduct monthly payments from their bank account each month or submit check payments through our resident portal.

As a condition of our housing contract we require all residents to carry liability insurance ($100,000) for damage to the landlord’s property during the term of their lease. If you have a policy of your own, you can provide proof of that policy prior to move in. If you do not have or provide proof of coverage, you will be automatically enrolled in the Landlord Liability Protection Program. The coverage provided by the Landlord Liability Protection Program meets the minimum requirements of the housing contract. The policy covers only your legal liability for damage to the landlord’s property (covered losses include fire, smoke, explosion, water damage, or backup or overflow of sewer, drain, or sump) up to $100,000. This policy is not personal liability insurance or renters insurance. The policy does not cover any of your personal belongings, additional living expenses, or liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage to any third party. If you are interested in these additional coverage(s), you should contact a licensed insurance agent or insurance company of your choice.

Housing contracts for our apartments in Oxford Ohio are binding and cannot be broken. If a resident can no longer live in their apartment after signing a housing contract, they must find another resident to take their place. Please contact us for information about subletting your apartment.

Simply login to the resident portal on our website and submit a completed maintenance request form. Residents may also call or visit the front desk in order to submit a maintenance request. If an emergency situation arises, please notify the front office immediately.

Resident mail is delivered to their unit’s allocated mailbox located within the property. If you receive a package that doesn’t fit in your mailbox, you will receive a key or notice in your mailbox with instructions to pick up the package from the front desk or a nearby parcel locker.

Yes! On-site parking is available to our residents. Residents’ visitors may park in designated areas throughout the community. Please contact the office for further details.
